- A computer, tablet or phone with internet access with a working microphone and camera. You may use headphones with a mic if you prefer. For EMDR sessions, a laptop or desktop is preferred.
- A notebook or journal and pen to jot down any thoughts, reminders, or reflections.

Yes. Over the past two years, I’ve witnessed clients make amazing strides via telehealth. However, it is not for everyone. Teletherapy may work best for people who have mild to moderate symptoms and are not in crisis, have access to and familiarity with using technology, and have a quiet and private space for sessions.
